Practice
Stephen is a member of the Firm's litigation practice. Stephen draws on his experience as an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General of Texas where he litigated state and federal constitutional claims, complex commercial disputes, and employment suits. Stephen also brings experience prosecuting lawsuits and enforcement actions on behalf of state agencies and conducting investigations into government entities.

Stephen is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
